The 2009 version of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network’s guidelines for treatment of prostate cancer are now available online.
To access the guidelines, go to the NCCN’s main web site, and click on the image that says, “NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology.” If you are not already a member, you will have to register to use this site, but anyone can register. Once registered, you will see the complete list of available guidelines. Just scroll down until you can see “Prostate Cancer” (in the right hand column) and click on those words.
