No … prostate cancer cannot be transmitted, from men to men or from men to women but …

(1) Women do have what are believed to be atrophied prostate glands that originally developed in the fetus prior to sexual differentiation. These are known as the Skene’s glands.

(2) Women with inflamed or (very, very rarely) cancerous Skene’s glands can have elevated PSA levels.

(3) Wise men should understand the relationship between the Skene’s glands and female sexual response.
