A report from the British Broadcasting Corporation this morning says, “Scientists found that in patients with prostate cancer exosomes contain molecules that come directly from the tumour itself.” These particular “exosomes” are fatty capsules that are flushed out of the body in the urine.

According to a media release from Eli Lilly and Company late yesterday, a double-blind, placebo-controlled study has shown that tadalafil (Cialis) 5 mg taken once daily improved erectile function for men with erectile dysfunction (ED) and reported improvement in the sexual quality of life scores for men and their female partners.
