I’m in the final phase, with Zoladex for 3 years. I have read the paper mentioned, as well as others, and am convinced that it is the most, some doctors say the only, effective treatment for my initial data: PSA 28, Gleason Sum 4 + 4, clinical stage T2aN0M0. The treatments I was offered in Amsterdam are comparatively quite ineffective (EBRT or RP). I obtained the right treatment in Sweden, where I shall remain. The reasons for the Amsterdam problem are complex. I’m a retired academic whose hobby is journalism. The Amsterdam doctors were outed by me, internationally. I was later told that my work was helpful to individuals and organizations.
