Arnon Krongrad, MD (Co-Founder)
Arnon Krongrad, MD, one of the two co-founders, is also the founder and director of The Krongrad Institute, a private center devoted to individualized, state-of-the-art, minimally invasive prostate surgery.
He has studied and taken care of men with prostate cancer for 25 years. In addition, Dr. Krongrad is Chairman of the not-for-profit Prostate Cancer Mission and author of Behind the Mask, a medical series published in the Miami Herald.
E. Michael D. (”Mike”) Scott (Co-Founder)
Mike Scott, the other co-founder, is a health care communications specialist and a principal with Vox Medica Holdings, Inc., an independent health care communications group of companies. He has a special interest in consumer education about cancer and certain other disorders.
Mike is an affiliate member of the American Urological Association and an associate member of the American Society for Clinical Oncology. He is also one of the original founders of the National Prostate Cancer Coalition (now known as ZERO — The Project to End Prostate Cancer).
Angela Jenkins (Outreach Ambassador)
Angela Jenkins is the Outreach Ambassador for The “New” Prostate Cancer InfoLink.
Angela, the wife of a prostate cancer survivor, has worked with non-profits over the past 30 years in the areas of research, development, and fund-raising. She can be contacted directly by any individual or organization interested in developing a collaborative relationship with The “New” Prostate Cancer InfoLink. She has a particular interest in developing awareness of prostate cancer in underserved populations within the USA and internationally.
