Cure Panel Talk Show with Bruce Roth, MD

Yesterday evening’s Cure Panel Talk Show with Bruce Roth, MD, focused primarily on the application of hormonal therapy (also known as androgen deprivation therapy or ADT) in management of advanced prostate cancer. The audiorecording is now available on line.

Dr. Roth is a highly experienced medical oncologist who specializes in the management of urologic cancers at  Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He dealt with a diverse range of issues from the initiation and use of standard forms of ADT using LHRH agonists to clinical trials to determine the best sequencing of newer drugs like abiraterone acetate and enzalutamide in men with castration-resistant disease.

Cure Panel Talk Shows on prostate cancer are conducted in association with the Prostate Cancer Foundation and Prostate Cancer International.

One Response

  1. Excellent topic and Dr. Roth was a terrific resource. My experience in sound engineering could have been used a bit to do a little edit to the “anomalies” but all in all an informative session. Thank you to Prostate Cancer International, the Prostate Cancer Foundation, Priya Menon, Dan, and yourself for the experience.
