Dr. Michael Hoerger and study research assistants at Tulane University are seeking cancer patients willing to complete a brief online survey related to cancer care and quality of life. The survey is anonymous, takes about 10 minutes, and is relatively simple and straightforward. You can participate in this survey regardless of where in the world you live.
The research team describe their goal as follows:
… to help patients make informed decisions about their care that can improve quality of life. Through funding from Louisiana’s multi-institutional Clinical and Translational Science Center our research team is seeking to build knowledge that will lead to improvements in cancer care. The survey also summarizes recent research on cancer care, which most people find informative.
If you have specific questions about the study, you can contact a member of the research team directly.

Is there a link for this survey?
Sorry … Technical problem … Now fixed.
just a note, no mention was made in this post that this survey largely deals with palliative care issues. I would have passed had I known that.
Dear Walt:
The point of the survey was to gain understanding about the perspectives of all people diagnosed with cancer, not just those for whom palliative care may be appropriate.
