PCaI patient conferences past and future

As a small not-for profit with limited funding, it can take Prostate Cancer International (PCaI) a little longer to do some things than we would like. However, …

We have just posted to YouTube the first three videos from sessions at our October 2018 educational conference for patients and caregivers held in Virginia Beach, VA. These videos are from the following sessions:

We hope to be adding other videos from this conference our YouTube site over the next few weeks.

We would also like to draw to your attention the fact that we will be holding our next conference in this series (“Prostate Cancer Today: Living Well; Choosing Wisely“), again in Virginia Beach, VA, on Saturday, November 2, 2019. Click on the link to visit the registration page and for information about hotel accommodations. We would point out that these conferences are free to attendees. We do ask for a suggested donation per person to help us cover the costs, but all attendees are welcome, whatever their financial situation.

Featured speakers at this upcoming meeting will include Dr. Judd Moul of Duke University in Durham, NC, and Dr. Ken Pienta from Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD, both of whom have been conducting research into and diagnosing and treating prostate cancer for the past 20 years and more. Other speakers are listed on the event web site. We will again be working with Dr. Paul Schellhammer and other personnel from Urology of Virginia and Eastern Virginia Medical School in coordinating the details of this meeting.
