There is a new two-part article by Janet Farrar Worthington on the web site of the Prostate Cancer Foundation that offer some excellent advice on what you can do to “live well” with prostate cancer. The articles are based on information provided by Elizabeth Platz, ScD, MPH, who is an epidemiologist who works at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD, where she researches factors that raise and lower the risk of prostate cancer.
The article is entitled “Another Year Older, Another Year Better!” The link to the second part is given at the end of the first. They’re well worth a read.
