Members of the Coalition for Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering Research (CIBR) are interested in patient perspectives and experiences in relation to imaging in the diagnosis, work-up, and management of men with or suspected of having prostate cancer. The members of CIBR that are involved in this research include Canon Medical Research, USA, Inc. (“Canon”) and Johns Hopkins University
Canon has developed a relatively brief survey that can be accessed on line if you are interested in providing personal feedback with respect to this topic. The survey combines questions on very specific topics with the opportunity to comment on the way in which you were treated as a radiology patient in having such sophisticated forms of imaging as bone scans, CT scans, MRI scans, and PET scans.
The survey is entirely anonymous, so there is no requirement for you to provide contact information or your name/address.
