A pre-doctoral researcher at the National University of Ireland in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, is seeking prostate cancer patients willing to complete a survey about the impact of a diagnosis of prostate cancer (and its subsequent management) on their perceptions of masculinity.
You can download the survey as an MS Word document if you just click here. You can then either complete the survey on your computer or you can print it out and complete it by hand.
Detailed instructions about how to complete the survey and return it to the researcher are provided. All information will be anonymous. If you have questions, you can contact the researcher directly by e-mail.
